We are always happy to help but, concerning issues regarding our product bought on another website, there isn't much we can do as we don't have access to their databases.
You should first try to email the vendor you purchased the product from and if the problem is still isn't fixed after you can try emailing us at email@example.com and we will try to find a convenient solution for you. To ensure that a solution is found effectively, please include the following in your email:
- The name of the product you purchased.
- The vendor/website you purchased the product from.
- The email address for your uTalk account.
- (If applicable) The code included in your purchase.
- (If applicable) The email/receipt for the purchase.
However, we would be unable to give you a refund as we are not processing the orders on third parties website and thus not processing the payments.
