If you have made an error in your account creation, or would like change the email address associated with your uTalk account, here are some ways to do so.
Note: We suggest that all users verify their email address after creating a uTalk account.
If you have registered your account using Facebook and use the Login with Facebook option to access your account, you will have to reset your password using Facebook. For more information, please see the Facebook Help Centre How do I add or remove an email from my account?
Within the uTalk app
- If not already logged in, log into your uTalk account
- Select Settings
- Select Edit Account Details
- Select Change Email Address
- Input the new email address in the Email field
- Select Confirm
- Go to utalk.com/accounts
- Log in using your uTalk account credentials
- Select the User Profile tab
- Change the email address in Your Email
- Select Save Changes
