For customers who have chosen the incorrect language when redeeming a code.
You should always be careful when you pick your language but, if you realise too late that you picked the wrong language you can always contact us by dropping us an email at email@example.com.
Please provide the following in your email:
- The name of the product you purchased.
- The vendor/website you purchased the product from.
- The email address for your uTalk account.
- The code you redeemed.
- (If applicable) The email/receipt for the purchase.
We will reply as soon as possible and will be more than happy to help you change the language for you.
