When creating an account on the app, you may get a prompt that your email address is already in use, there is no need to panic!
Life's busy and it's easy to forget that you might have set up an account with uTalk previously and then forgotten about it.
Even if this is not the case, the simplest thing is to go to 'log in', enter your email address and then click on 'forgot my password'.
A password reset email will then be sent to your email address. Reset the password and login with your new password.
